Today we return to the Canal Mais Afrika interviews , and this interview is "from a female perspective" with Sónia Silva, founder of the "For Women by Women" initiative, a project aimed at women, but not exclusively. Watch the interview to learn more.
Our guest, in addition to being the founder of the “For Women by Women” initiative, has already worked at the American bank JP Morgan and is currently one of the directors at Standard Chartered Bank in New York where she is involved in an initiative to promote talents from different backgrounds, mainly African Americans and Africans, known as BoLD.
This interview also talks about the Work Conference that “For Women by Women” will promote in Bissau in April 2023.
