Our guest, in addition to being the founder of the “For Women by Women” initiative, has already worked at the American bank JP Morgan and is currently one of the directors at Standard Chartered Bank in New York where she is involved in an initiative to promote talents from different backgrounds, mainly African Americans and Africans, known as BoLD.
