Who Was Ruy Mingas?
Ruy Alberto Vieira Dias Rodrigues Mingas, was born in Angola on May 12, 1939 in Ingombotas, Luanda and died in Portugal on January 4, 2024. He was a prominent and multifaceted figure. He left an indelible mark on Angolan music, politics and diplomacy.
